After reviewing hundreds of property records, it looks like there was a major dropoff in Donald Trump's real estate sales last year:

2020: $435K (est.)
I reached out to roughly 140 Trump tenants to see whether they are planning to stay in the president’s buildings. Tellingly, very few of them wanted to answer.
